WILLIAM A. BADER, JD, CPA

William A. Bader, also known as Bill, is an attorney, CPA, retirement consultant, and author with over 35 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, major hospitals, and other organizations. Throughout his career, Bill Bader has specialized in tax-related issues, retirement planning, executive compensation, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.

He spent more than 25 years at Mercer, a global leader in retirement and human resources consulting, where he advised on 401(k) governance, compliance, and design. Bader also held several leadership roles, including serving as a worldwide partner at Mercer.  Before Mercer, he practiced pension, 401(k), and tax law at prominent firms, including Fried Frank. Bader has founded and operated Bader Properties, LLC, which invests in and leases real estate properties. Additionally, he serves as an angel investor, supporting early-stage companies and entrepreneurs.

Bader is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Hofstra Law School.
